Cause: Contacted LockeMPR for marketing and re-branding
efforts. Client recognized that their logo and materials did not
match the quality of service
they provided.
Effect: First, we assessed existing materials
and developed a plan that
could be implemented as revenues allowed. LockeMPR developed an
ad
in the early stages of the process for a local home tour. The advertising
message ended up carrying over to several marketing materials and
established the groundwork for re-branding. Working within
Arts and Craftsmen’s timeline and budget constraints, their
new identity
package which includes a logo, letterhead, folder, direct mail piece,
lawn signs, shirts, and website resulted in immediate leads and
deal-closings that paid for the investment in less than six months.
